East of Scotland KTP Centre

Our KTP Centre is a gateway through which ambitious businesses can access the world class knowledge and expertise within our partner universities to drive innovation and growth while enabling academics to participate in direct impact application of their expertise.

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP)

The part grant funded project management framework that cements these relationships is KTP.

KTPs enable companies to work with our academic scientists or engineers on ambitious 1-3 year innovative growth projects with challenging workplans undertaken by highly talented graduates or post-graduates placed inside the company.

Once the KTP is approved we provide administrative support for the KTP partners during the life of the project.
